Note About Manufacturer Warranty: This is the warranty provided by the manufacturer NOT by PinoyGadgets. See manual for specific details. You need to send the item to the manufacturer directly for replacement. Returns and Exchange Policy for Defective Items If you have any problems with your product within 30 days (For BRAND NEW items only) of the date of purchase we will be happy to replace it with a new product of the same model or repair the product. If you need a replacement unit, send an explanation of what is wrong with the product in an email to returns@pinoygadgets.net We will reply with the information how to return the defective product. If a return is necessary due to a defect (defects not due to negligence), you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not reimburse shipping costs. All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date, and include all original components and accessories, this includes and is not limited to the original product packaging. We do not make exceptions on this policy. We do not offer exchanges for credit toward different products. We are not liable for any damages incurred during shipment.
